Programs:
Camps, programs & 3on3: Cancellation prior to 30 days of the first session - credit or refund less $50 admin fee. Cancellation within 30 days of the first session, no refund or credit.
Clinics & Adult Shinny: Credit only - non-refundable
Leagues:
AYHL & Leagues: Cancellation less than 60 days of league commencement- no refund. Cancellation beyond 60 days of league start-full refund or credit minus $50 admin fee
Bandits:
Up to 90 days prior to the program starting - Full refund less non-refundable deposit. Less than 90 days - no refunds
Tournaments:
Bandits Battle & Western Super Summit: Up to 60 days prior event - Full refund. Less than 60 days all deposits are non-refundable.
HDC Tournaments: 30 calendar days prior to the event - Full refund. Less than 30 calendar days - No Refunds, credit only less administrative fee of $50
Force Majeure
HDC will make reasonable efforts to provide programs, tournaments, and/or products as per their advertised schedule, however any cancellation due to causes beyond HDC’s control or due to a force majeure event, causes or events include weather, fire, flood, mechanical breakdowns, or malfunctions, acts of God, riot, civil commotion, pandemics, explosions and any kind of industrial action, lockout, labour difficulties, war, shortage of material and interruption of transport, water, electricity, gas and other service issues will result in a future credit for the full cost of the event, program or product, minus all sunk costs.
