Fall 2023

Our Adult Fundamental Programs are designed to improve the fundamental skills required to play the sport of Hockey. This program is open to all skill levels, ages (18+) and are set in a fun and positive environment. HDC provides an unbeatable intimate and interactive setting designed to maximize development.

Whether you want to be a better coach or hockey player, this program will improve skills and understanding of the techniques of hockey's fundamental skills
